Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of cameroongreenhorizon.com and any service you book through us.

Acceptance

By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bookings & quotes

CGH Luxury bookings are confirmed when we send you a booking reference by email or WhatsApp. CGH Solutions quotes are non-binding until a written scope-of-work is signed by both parties. Cancellation windows: Luxury bookings free within 48 hours of the scheduled service; after that, a 30% deposit is retained. Solutions project cancellations are handled per each project's scope-of-work.

Payment

We invoice in FCFA. Luxury bookings require a deposit on confirmation; the balance is due on completion. Solutions projects follow milestone-based billing as agreed in the scope-of-work. We accept mobile money, bank transfer, and cards via a PCI-compliant processor.

Service delivery & liability

We deliver services with reasonable professional care. Our liability for any failure is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

All text, imagery, and code on this site is © Cameroon Green Horizon. Any client assets you provide remain yours; we use them only for the services we agreed to deliver.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be summarised at the top. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yaoundé.
