Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use cameroongreenhorizon.com and how we use it. We collect the minimum needed to respond to inquiries, and we do not sell, share, or monetise your information.

What we collect

When you submit a contact, quote, or booking form, we collect your name, email, message, and any optional fields you choose to provide (phone, organisation, service type). We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run analytics at launch. We do not embed third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and, for bookings and quotes, to fulfil the service you requested. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the European Union region. Transactional email is sent via Resend. No other third parties process your data.

How long we keep it

18 months by default. If your inquiry becomes a long-running client relationship, we retain the conversation history for the duration of that relationship plus 18 months. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@cameroongreenhorizon.com with the email address you submitted. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies at launch. We use only strictly-necessary cookies required for the site to function (e.g., language preference, form submission protection). You do not need to accept a cookie banner to use the site.

Third parties

We use Resend for transactional email dispatch and Neon for database hosting. Both are the only third parties with access to submitted data, and both are bound by their own privacy policies available at resend.com/legal/privacy and neon.tech/privacy-policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page. The 'last updated' date above always reflects the most recent revision.
