Eco-Friendly Tour
Small-group tours across Cameroon, designed to fund local conservation and community income, not extract them.
What we do
- Routes designed with local guides, staying in community-owned accommodations where available.
- Carbon accounting on every itinerary, with offsets purchased through verified Cameroonian reforestation projects.
- Group sizes capped at 12 so villages we visit aren't overwhelmed, and guests actually see things.
- Partnerships with registered conservation organisations so a measurable share of revenue funds their fieldwork.
- Permits, insurance, and guide licensing handled in advance, no scrambling at checkpoints.
- Multi-lingual guides (French, English, Pidgin, and regional languages where relevant).
- Optional pairing with CGH Impact site visits for donors, journalists, and partner organisations.
- Trip reports published after each tour with photos, species sightings, and community-spend breakdown.
When you'd use us
A friends-and-family trip that means something, a corporate retreat that doesn't feel extractive, or a donor-engagement visit paired with program tours.
Engagement
How it works
01
Consult
We talk through dates, interests, group size, fitness, and appetite for roughing it. Output: two or three itinerary sketches.
02
Design
We finalise route, lodgings, guides, and conservation partners. You approve a fixed per-person price before deposit.
03
Travel
Small group, on-ground coordination, transparent spending with community partners. You travel; we handle the logistics.
04
Report
Post-trip we share a photo book, species list, and community-revenue receipt so the impact is legible.
