Cancellation windows: Luxury bookings free within 48 hours ya ya scheduled service; after that, a 30% deposit e retained. Solutions project cancellations ba handled per mɔ project's scope-ya-ebolo.

Payment

Biso invoice o FCFA. Luxury bookings require a deposit on confirmation; ya balance e due on completion. Solutions projects follow milestone-based billing as agreed o ya scope-ya-ebolo. Biso accept mobile money, bank transfer, na cards via a PCI-compliant processor.

Service delivery & liability

Biso deliver services na reasonable professional care. Ya biso liability na any failure e limited na ya fees paid na that specific service. Biso ba si liable na indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property
