Cancellation windows: Luxury bookings free within 48 hours i i scheduled service; after that, a 30% deposit ɓɛ retained. Solutions project cancellations ɓɛ handled per mɔk project's scope-i-ngum.

Payment

Ɓiso invoice na FCFA. Luxury bookings require a deposit na confirmation; i balance ɓɛ due na completion. Solutions projects follow milestone-based billing as agreed na i scope-i-ngum. Ɓiso accept mobile money, bank transfer, ni cards via a PCI-compliant processor.

Service delivery & liability

Ɓiso deliver services ni reasonable professional care. I ɓiso liability li any failure ɓɛ limited li i fees paid li that specific service. Ɓiso ɓɛ ɓɛ liable li indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
